This home was custom designed to age in place for it’s owners. Built with a handicap accessible driveway in the rear while taking advantage of the snow-capped mountain view in the main living area. Featuring two master suites on the main level with a lower level family/party room and incredible wine cellar. Counter heights were adjusted to accommodate wheelchair access and wide hallways in this plan made it workable for this client.
Several energy efficient features were added such as conduit for solar panels on the roof and a charging station in the garage.

This mixed use building located in Southeast Portland features four residential units and three ground level commercial units.
Current tenants include a restaurant, nail salon and barber shop.
WeBe Construction has completed the build-out for several small commercial spaces which include a variety of retail and service businesses.
We worked with tenants as well as local authorities and agencies to finish this project on-time and with a fine-finish that our clients could be proud of.
