The Beginning:
John Fiocchi is a father, husband, good friend and listener. He began We Be Construction with his wife, Mary, and with Frank "Lee" Newman in 1990.
Throughout the years they flipped dozens of properties and built dream homes for their clients.
John's motto has always been to, "Give the owner the home of their dreams!" John takes the time to listen to the desires of the owners and provides explanations and bids that make sense.

Our Roots:
We formed We Be Construction/Homes in 1990 with our full focus being on building a quality product. From repairs to remodels to new home construction and small commercial build outs.
We do our work to a standard which we would be proud to live/work in. In 2005 we built our dream home in Eagle Crest, though smaller it was “made to order” for our family, thus our motto: We were blessed to build the home of our dreams, let us build yours.
Our preference is to be involved from design to completion of construction. We are versed in working with resort Architectural Review Committees, local utilities and governing boards and handle that process for you.
You have total control in selection of fixtures and finishes while we are building your home your way.
With 40 plus years of construction experience and a A+ Rating by the Better Business Bureau and many happy customers we’re sure you’ll pleased too.
All your expenses are broken down by category and explained clearly with several marked as allowances in case you desire changes or upgrades. Our fees are transparent and are available for your review at any time during construction.
Our goal is to build 3-5 quality homes per year so that each home gets throughout attention by us and our loyal subcontractor partners.
